The service

Huiyi lets an event's guests upload videos through a link or QR code, and turns those videos into an edited recap. Organizers direct the edit; guests just upload. One account (your CruiseHQ account) works across every CruiseHQ app.

CRUISE & payment

• Huiyi uses CRUISE, the currency of the CruiseHQ platform. CRUISE you buy here can be used in any CruiseHQ app, and CRUISE you already own works here too.
• One CRUISE renders one version of your recap.
• CRUISE is charged only for successfully rendered versions. If a render fails, it is refunded automatically.
• Payments are processed by Bachs. CRUISE doesn't expire, but it isn't refundable once a render has been delivered (except at our discretion if something went wrong on our side).

When you upload as a guest

• Only upload videos you had the right to record, and only for the event you were invited to.
• Your clip and watermark may appear in the recap the organizer shares. The consent checkbox at upload is you agreeing to exactly that.
• No unlawful content, no content you don't have rights to.

When you organize

• You're responsible for having your guests' consent to include their clips in a recap you share.
• Review the clips in your studio before generating — you decide what makes the cut.

Availability & liability

The service is provided "as is." We work hard to keep your videos safe (raw clips are deleted after the retention window; recaps and purchase records are backed up daily), but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.
