What we collect

• Videos you upload as a guest (and the watermark — a name or @handle — you type alongside it) for the event you were invited to.
• Organizer account data: your email address (used for sign-in links and purchase receipts) and the events you create.
• Payment data is handled by Bachs, our payment provider. We never see or store your card details — we only receive your email and a record of the CRUISE you bought.

Why we collect it

Guest videos exist to be edited into the event's recap. Your watermark appears on your clips in that recap, so everyone can see who captured what. Organizer email is used to sign you in and send receipts.

Who can see it

• The event's organizer, who reviews clips before the recap is generated.
• The people the organizer shares the recap with — sharing the recap is the organizer's decision, which is why you consent when uploading.
• Our processors: Supabase (database), Cloudflare R2 (video storage), Resend (email delivery), Bachs (payments), and Google Analytics (anonymous usage statistics). They process data only to run the service.

How long we keep it

Raw guest clips are automatically deleted after the event's recap has been generated and a retention period (currently 30 days) has passed. The rendered recap itself is kept until the organizer deletes the event. Account and purchase records are kept while your account is active.

Your choices

• Don't want a clip in the recap? Tell the organizer — they can exclude it before generating.
• Want your data deleted? Email us and we'll remove your account and event data.
